This role focused on ensuring that new products were successfully transferred into production while meeting the company&#8217;s quality, reliability, and manufacturing standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key aspect of my work involved the design, development, and validation of production test equipment used to verify the performance and functionality of newly introduced products. Working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams, I helped ensure that production processes and test systems were capable of supporting efficient and reliable manufacture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to supporting new product introduction, I was responsible for redesigning and upgrading existing production test equipment to improve reliability, maintainability, and performance. I also carried out fault diagnosis, repair, and ongoing maintenance of existing test systems, ensuring minimal disruption to production activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This contract provided valuable experience in <strong>New Product Introduction (NPI)<\/strong>, production engineering, automated test equipment, design verification, and manufacturing support within the highly regulated medical technology sector.
